Highline Supply Co. currently offers local delivery to customers within our designated delivery areas in Haywood County, North Carolina.

Local Delivery

Orders are delivered discreetly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Local delivery is currently available only within our designated ZIP codes. Delivery availability is determined by the address entered during checkout.

A minimum order of $30.00 is required for local delivery.

Delivery Fees

• $30.00–$49.99: $8.00 delivery fee
• $50.00 or more: Free delivery

Delivery fees are calculated based on the merchandise total of the order and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

A person 21 years of age or older must be available to receive the order. Highline Supply Co. may require a valid government-issued photo ID before releasing an order.

We may refuse or cancel a delivery if the recipient cannot satisfy our age or identification requirements, if the delivery address is incorrect or outside our service area, or if other delivery requirements cannot be met.

Discreet Delivery

Orders are delivered discreetly. Products are packaged to protect customer privacy and are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If you are unavailable when your order is delivered, or if delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address or other issue, Highline Supply Co. may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery arrangements or fees may apply when a delivery cannot be completed because of information or circumstances outside of Highline Supply Co.'s control.
